DuraRock™ Cover Rocks
Uses And Material:
Our DuraRock™ brand of fake rock covers and enclosures are our most popular and affordable artificial rock products for covering pond filters and pumps, irrigation and backflow valves, utility boxes, septic tank lids and other unattractive objects.
They are also used indoors and outdoors as fake rock props by visual merchandisers for retail store window and floor displays, by designers of permanent and temporary exhibits and trade shows, by photographers for photo props, and by stage and theater set decorators to create back-to-nature scenery.
Hollow and open at the bottom, beautiful DuraRocks™ landscape accents are manufactured in the USA from a 100% recyclable industrial-grade, high-density polyethylene composite that is 1/4" thick.
Available in a choice of two colors, the DuraRock™ formula features modern UV inhibitors for maximum protection from the elements and is integrally enhanced with a unique blend of gritty crushed mineral stone for a dramatically more realistic appearance than fake rocks made in the past from smooth fiberglass that shines unnaturally.

There are 12 models of DuraRocks™ ranging in weight from 2 1/2 to 12 lbs. for the smallest ones which ship by FedEx Ground to 71 lbs. for the largest version which ships via common freight.

Polyurethane Rock Covers
Uses And Material:
Somewhat more heavier and more expensive than our DuraRock™ collection, our polyurethane rocks can also hide an unsightly or bothersome septic lid, pump, utility box or other outdoor item and are available in a choice of three colors.
They are commonly used indoors and outdoors as fake rock props by visual merchandisers for retail store window and floor displays, by designers of permanent and temporary exhibits and trade shows, by photographers for photo props, and by stage and theater set decorators to create back-to-nature scenery.
The latest technology is used to spray an industrial-grade, UV-protected 98% "closed-cell" structural polyurethane composite--the same material used for high-impact bumpers in the automotive industry and a variety of other common product--into molds tediously taken from natural rocks and boulders to capture the original surface detail and to create rugged, hollow replicas that are open at the bottom and approx. 2-3 inches thick.
Weight And Shipping Time:
We offer 9 models of polyurethane rocks ranging in weight from 12 to 25 lbs. for the smallest and medium-sized versions which ship by FedEx Ground to 60 lbs. for the largest styles which ship via common freight.
Due to the manufacturing process, our polyurethane rocks usually ship within 15 business days of an order being placed with delivery in another five business days.
Pricing:
The least expensive polyurethane rock is $148 while the most popular sizes are $255 to $286. The two largest polyurethane rocks are $432 and $495. Shipping is extra and shown under each model (shipping quotes for the two largest models are available by request).
Cast Stone Artificial Rocks
Uses And Material:
Our incredibly lifelike 50-60 lb. replicas of 800-1,000 lb. real boulders look and feel natural because they're made from construction-grade cast stone which is designed to resist 9,000 pounds per square inch of pressure and endure a variety of climates with minimal maintenance and care. They're available in a choice of three natural colors.
Landscapers and garden enthusiasts use the cast stone rocks for beautifying residential and commercial projects, rooftop and urban gardens, and xeriscape projects while visual merchandising, exhibit and retail design professionals rely on them to create more natural scenery at retail store and trade show displays, restaurants, resorts and casinos, and other venues.
Weight And Shipping Time:
There are 20 models of cast stone rocks which weigh 50-60 lbs. on average and three 60-70 lb. cast stone tree stumps that ship via FedEx Ground. Five models of cast stone Estate Boulders weigh 200-400 lbs. and are shipped on pallets via common freight.
Our 20 models of cast stone fake, faux and artificial rocks and three tree stumps usually ship within one or two days of an order being placed and delivery can be expected within five business days! Estate Boulders normally ship within five days of an order with another five to six business days required for delivery.
