It is the customer's responsibility to check for damage in the unlikely event something happened to the rock(s) or tree(s) during shipping. On the rare occasion there is damage, immediately contact us through this website or by calling the phone number included with your shipment so we can submit a claim with FedEx and arrange to send you a replacement once we receive the original back (FedEx will want to pick up the model the next day to be returned to us in its original packaging including the box and foam).

 

Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  However, due to the unique nature of our products and how they are packaged for one-way shipping, we are unable to accept returns for anything other than claims of damage. The few customers who simply don't like the look of a rock or tree after receiving it are normally able to find a friend or neighbor to purchase it from them since attempting to repack the product and ship it back to us will potentially result in the partial damage or total loss of the product.
