Delivery Times

The amount of time it takes to process a typical order depends on the quantity desired and number of orders already in-house and scheduled for production at the factory.

What's the order turnaround time for the landscape boulders?
It normally takes 7-10 business days (including shipping time) if ordering 1-10 items and possibly longer for a larger assortment, but we will inform you at the time of ordering if this is the case.  We will also inform you when your order ships so you'll know the day it will arrive at the delivery destination.

How about the address boulders?
Generally 4-5 weeks.  It usually takes 15 business days for the address plaque to be cast by the foundry (an extra 4-5 days should be allowed during the busy Christmas holidays). Another 5-7 business days are normally required for the plaque to be installed in the chosen boulder and delivered to its final destination in the United States (longer if elsewhere).
