We take pride in the fact that the replicated rock products we manufacture entirely in the USA meet or exceed GFRC industry standards.  We're also proud to be able to offer our customers a 5-Year Warranty on all our rock products against proven defects in material or workmanship.

 

A customer with a valid claim of defective craftmanship will receive an immediate replacement with an identical product (once the original is returned to us and determination is made that the defect is not caused by vandalism, carelessness during unpacking or installation, or anything unrelated to the quality of our material or manufacturing.)

We understand how troubling it is when phone calls to companies aren't returned promptly, when an order is lost, or when valuable time is spent trying to correct a mistake that shouldn't have happend in the first place.

 

That's why we promise to make every effort to ensure our customers receive full satisfaction when doing business with us.  And if for any reason we don't get it right the first time, we'll do whatever it takes to fix the problem...immediately.
