One category that has always proven more difficult for visual merchandisers and set designers to convincingly and affordably duplicate, however, is that of nature, especially for seasonal or temporary displays of outdoor bicycling and camping gear, shoes and clothing.

 

Artificial silk-leaf trees and plants offer an ideal foundation for a nature display, but the styrofoam and paper mache fake rock and boulder props available from suppliers in the past to complete the scene have never met the dual test of durability and realism needed in a retail or exhibit environment.

 

Since finding, moving and placing real rocks, boulders and tree stumps that weigh hundreds--if not thousands--of pounds is impractical, our museum-quality fake rock and tree props are fast becoming the natural solution, whether for a single display or for multiple stores nationally.

 

 

Artificial Rocks, Trees Are The Back-To-Nature Solution

 

Molded from actual trees and 800-1,000 lb. boulders, our incredibly lifelike 50-60 lb. artificial or fake rocks and 40-70 lb. tree props are portable, but look and feel natural to the touch because they're made from construction-grade cast stone--not fiberglass, styrofoam, paper mache or polyurethane.

 

Our 20 different models of artificial and fake rocks and three styles of cast stone trees are hollow, approx. one-inch thick, and open at the bottom. When used as product displays or fixtures, they are as tough and durable as they are unique for projecting the rugged--or tranquil--feel of nature that in the past has been difficult to accomplish realistically.

 

 

The rocks are available in sandstone, slate gray, or red rock while the trees are offered in gray and red-brown bark colors. Visual merchandisers can request that individual or quantity orders be delivered to their central warehouse or drop-shipped to multiple store locations via FedEx Ground.

 

And because they're handcrafted from cast stone, the replicas can withstand the inevitable "touching and feeling" from curious passersby and the general rigors of retail and exhibit traffic.
